CAT Deeley couldn’t stop smiling as she was spotted out running errands in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

The TV star appeared to have caught the sun however and looked a tad flustered as she wandered to her car.

Despite this, Cat didn’t stop grinning as she finished off her session at the Benjamin Salon.

The 40-year-old kept covered up in the heat of the sun – which on Wednesday reached highs of 25 degrees centigrade.

Her floral, flowing top kept her cool as she wrapped up her legs in skin-tight white jeans and a pair of tan heels.

Cat has been living in California since 2006 with her husband Patrick Kielty and their baby son who was born last August.

She may soon be returning to the UK however to celebrate the 20th anniversary of SM:TV Live with her friends Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

Cat, who hosted the hit show with the Geordie duo from 1998 until 2003, admitted she’d love a reunion, saying: “I think it would be a great idea.”

Speaking to the Press Association, she added: “It’s been 20 years. I think it’s about time, isn’t it, for all those with a misspent youth?

“It was normally the Friday night that was the misspent youth and they woke up on the Saturday morning, slightly hungover.”

Her comments came after Ant and Dec revealed they’d been approached about doing a special.

Speaking to the Metro, Ant said: “We were talking to somebody about this recently because it’s twenty years since the launch of SM:tv next year.

“So, we were saying whether we could do an anniversary special or something, and we got carried away with the idea.”

He continued: “If we did it a one off, it would be on at 9.25am, with C.H.U.M.S and all that, and get Cat back!”

Dec added: “We’re floating it about a few people at the moment, and were getting some positives responses so far.”
