The pair confirmed the news on Thursday’s episode, saying they will be going ‘on holiday’.
From Monday, Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary will be fronting This Morning, taking on the duties Monday to Friday.
Ben and Cat will return to our screens on Monday 15th April.
Cat and Ben officially took over the reins of the show from March 11, and since then have appeared four times a week.
As per tradition, all the leading hosts of ITV morning shows– completed by Good Morning Britain and Lorraine– take the school holidays off and are replaced with co-stars and stand-ins.
Susanna Reid, the leading lady of Good Morning Britain, confirmed she will also be away.
As Thursday’s episode of the ITV daytime show came to a close, she told fans: “Right I am off for Easter – please don’t panic!
“I will be back in a couple of weeks.”
Her co-host Richard Madeley, 67, then quipped: “Lucky you!” suggesting he will remain working through the school holiday break.
Due to Loose Women’s ever-changing line-up format, it remains the only show largely unaffected.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
