Cat and Patrick met in 2002 whilst they hosted BBC talent show Fame Academy – but sparks didn’t fly between the couple until 10 years later.
The pair went public with their romance when they walked the red carpet together for Glamour’s Women of the Year awards in 2011.
Following a whirlwind romance, the couple married in a private ceremony in Rome on September 30, 2012 – and have welcomed two sons.

Speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford he said things happened exactly as they should: “If we had got together at the start, we could have got on one another’s nerves. All things came at the right time.”
Earlier this month, 43-year-old Cat said that she moved back to the UK from California after a “terrifying” mall shooting left Patrick and their son “shaken”.
In an interview with You magazine, Cat said Patrick and Milo, 4, were shopping in the Century City Mall in Los Angeles when FBI agents announced there was a shooter on the loose.

If we walk to a junction, can you come and get us?’
“He wanted to keep Milo calm, so I didn’t understand the enormity of what was happening. As I was driving I began to see helicopters, news vans, firemen and SWAT [armed police response] squads.
“It makes me go funny now. It was terrifying… Paddy was shaken by it, more than Milo, who was hot and cranky but didn’t properly understand.”
