The 47-year-old, who started presenting the ITV breakfast show last month, has jetted off on holiday for a well deserved break.

The telly legend posted a clip of her swimming underwater in a pool.

Cat and Ben Shephard were revealed as This Morning’s new presenters back in February after taking over from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
The new duo made their debut last month.
But they are currently on a two-week break.
The Sun exclusively revealed that Alison Hammond, 49, and Dermot O’Leary, 50, will be steering the ship until mid-month.
An ITV spokesperson was first to tell The Sun: “Alison and Dermot will front This Morning during this time until Ben and Cat return on Monday 15th April.”
They will present the show’s five-weekly instalments until then.
The Sun was the first to confirm Ben and Cat’s big-money ITV contracts in December.
At the time, a source said: “Lots of people were considered. Ultimately it’s about chemistry.”
They added: “This is one of the most coveted gigs in UK television. ITV execs are determined to get it right.
The BBC have set their sights on ‘stealing’ Cat from ITV – just weeks after This Morning debut.
